Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a steady, collaborative space for partners who feel stuck in painful patterns, disconnected from one another, or unsure how to move forward. Whether you’re navigating ongoing conflict, rebuilding trust after betrayal, adjusting to parenthood, or feeling the quiet distance that can grow over time, therapy provides space to slow down and understand what’s happening beneath the surface.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide online couples therapy to partners located in Illinois and Utah. My work focuses on helping you strengthen emotional safety, improve communication and conflict management, and rebuild connection in ways that actually last.
Unlike relationship coaching, couples therapy addresses deeper relational dynamics and mental health factors that may be impacting your partnership. This work is often more in-depth and can support healing old wounds while building new patterns of connection.
You don’t have to keep having the same argument or feeling like you’re speaking different languages.
If you’re not sure if therapy or coaching is the better fit, you can learn more about the difference here or let’s meet for a free consultation and I can help you decide what will be best for your needs.

I offer couples therapy online to clients who live in Illinois or Utah only.

Yes! COVID made telehealth more common and accessible than ever before. Research shows online therapy can be just as effective as in-person work. Many couples find virtual sessions easier to integrate into busy schedules.

I work with couples experiencing disconnection, recurring conflict, communication breakdowns, betrayal recovery, and life transition stress where there are mental health concerns as a component of these issues. If you’re unsure whether your situation is a good fit, we can discuss that in a consultation.

That’s very common. We can talk through any concerns they may have and how to approach the conversation in a way that feels safe and respectful.
