I have very specific training to work with couples and relationships. I’m also a Perinatal Mental Health Certified Therapist, which means I specialize in working with women and couples going through infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum.
Last year, I became a Board Certified Coach which requires specific education, training, examination, and experience in order to qualify for that certification.
This experience and dedication to my clients are what make working with me feel different. I can really understand what kind of support you need and exactly how to help you get it so you don’t feel like you’re spinning your wheels.

No, this is a private pay only practice.
Therapy and coaching are investments in lasting change. While I don’t accept insurance, that is a very deliberate choice that allows me to focus fully on you — not diagnoses, labels, or session limits set by a third party. I can provide you the level of care that you most deserve that doesn’t treat normal human experiences like sicknessness.
Clients who pay out of pocket often value the privacy, flexibility, and personalized care this provides. You’re not just paying for a session — you’re investing in clarity, confidence, stronger relationships, and the skills to navigate life with resilience and intention.
However, for therapy clients only, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider. This may result in some reimbursement to you for any out-of-network benefits you may have.

All sessions are currently being conducted virtually.

By law, according to the No Surprises Act H.R. 133 which went into effect on January 1, 2022, health care providers need to give clients or patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for treatment services. This applies to patient who are paying out of pocket for services.
* This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created.
* You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes (under the law/when applicable) related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
* The Good Faith Estimate does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur. If this happens, federal law allows you to dispute (appeal) the bill.
* If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059. For questions or more information about the dispute process, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.

Aspen trees are connected to singular root systems underground. So strong, thriving forests are created through connection.
My belief is that we, as people, are similar in many ways. No one does anything alone. We are often better together in community with one another. That’s where we are at our strongest and best. That is the spirit that I bring to my work with all of my clients.
